Mini Granola Bars


60 grams homemade unsweetened peanut butter
2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
1/2 cup roasted oats
2 tablespoons chopped almonds
2 tablespoons mixed seeds of your choice (pumpkin, sunflower, melon, flaxseed)
2 tablespoons dried fruits (raisins, cranberries, blueberries, apricots)
Nuts for garnish


Combine Wet Ingredients: In a bowl, mix the peanut butter and maple syrup (or honey) until smooth.
Mix Dry Ingredients: Add the roasted oats, chopped almonds, mixed seeds, and dried fruits to the wet mixture. Stir until all ingredients are well combined and form a dough.
Shape and Chill: Press the mixture into a mold or cake tin, flattening it out evenly. Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Unmold and Enjoy: Once chilled, unmold the mixture and cut into bars. Garnish with nuts if desired.
Storage: Store the mini granola bars in the refrigerator for up to 10 days.
