Clean Ingredient Brownies

Ready to eat Brownies

Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons ghee
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour (aata)
  • 1/2 cup ragi flour
  • 1/2 cup jaggery powder
  • 150 grams chocolate
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 5-6 drops lemon juice
  • Chocolate chips (optional)
  • Walnuts (for topping)

Method:

  • In a bowl, melt the chocolate with ghee using a microwave or a double boiler until smooth.
  • In another bowl, sieve the whole wheat flour & ragi flour
    In chocolate mixer add jaggery and whisk well .
  • To this mixture add dry ingredients. Mix well.
  • Add baking soda , baking powder and Lemon Juice
    Take the baking tin , brush oil Pour the batter into a baking pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips and walnuts on top.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Cool and Serve: Let the brownies cool before cutting into squares. Enjoy your clean ingredient brownies!
