Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons ghee
- 1 cup whole wheat flour (aata)
- 1/2 cup ragi flour
- 1/2 cup jaggery powder
- 150 grams chocolate
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 5-6 drops lemon juice
- Chocolate chips (optional)
- Walnuts (for topping)
Method:
- In a bowl, melt the chocolate with ghee using a microwave or a double boiler until smooth.
- In another bowl, sieve the whole wheat flour & ragi flour
In chocolate mixer add jaggery and whisk well . - To this mixture add dry ingredients. Mix well.
- Add baking soda , baking powder and Lemon Juice
Take the baking tin , brush oil Pour the batter into a baking pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips and walnuts on top. - Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
