Aliv Ladoo

A nutritious and energizing treat, perfect for boosting your health!

Ingredients:

3/4 cup Aliv seeds
1 cup Coconut water
1/4 cup Ghee
1.5 cups Jaggery
1/3 cup chopped Almonds
1/2 cup Desiccated coconut
1 tsp Cardamom powder


Instructions:

  • Soak the aliv seeds in coconut water for about 30 minutes.
  • In a pan, heat the ghee and jaggery together, stirring until it melts and blends.
  • Add the soaked aliv seeds into the pan, mixing thoroughly.
  • Stir in chopped almonds, desiccated coconut, and cardamom powder. Cook until the mixture thickens.
  • While the mixture is still warm, grease your palms with ghee and roll it into small ladoos.
