Morning Wellness Elixir Cubes

Ingredients:

  • 10 fresh amla (cut into pieces, seeds removed)
  • 3 pieces of raw turmeric (1 inch each, chopped)
  • 1 small piece of ginger (1 inch, chopped)
  • 2 tbsp moringa leaf powder
  • 50 ml aloe vera juice
  • 1/2 cup water

Method:

  • Cut the amla, raw turmeric, and ginger into small pieces.
  • Blend the chopped ingredients with moringa powder, aloe vera juice, and water until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into ice cube trays and freeze for 6-8 hours.
  • Transfer the frozen cubes to ice pouches or zip-lock bags and store them in the freezer for long-term use.

Use:

  • Dissolve 1-2 cubes in warm water. For an added boost and better taste, squeeze in some fresh lemon juice. This wellness elixir is best enjoyed in the morning but can be consumed any time of the day for a refreshing health boost.
