Ingredients:
For Marination:•
- 200g boneless chicken breast (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- ½ tsp black pepper powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 egg (for binding)
- 1 tbsp whole wheat flour (atta)
For Stir-Fry:
- 2-3 slit green chillies
- 1 tsp low-sodium soy sauce
- ½ tsp sesame seeds
- 5-6 fresh basil leaves
Instructions:
1. Marinate the Chicken:
• In a bowl, mix chicken with ginger-garlic paste, soy sauce, black pepper, salt, egg, and atta. Let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
2. Bake or Air-Fry:
• Preheat the oven or air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
• Place the marinated chicken on a baking sheet or air fryer basket.
• Bake/air fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and cooked through.
3. Prepare the Stir-Fry:
• In a heated non-stick pan, add slit green chillies and toss for a few seconds.
• Add the baked/air-fried chicken, soy sauce, sesame seeds, and basil leaves.
• Stir-fry for 2 minutes until well-coated.
4. Serve & Enjoy!
• Garnish with extra sesame seeds and fresh basil.
• Serve hot with a side of stir-fried veggies or brown rice.
