Antioxidant Summer Salad

Yummylicious salad made with seasonal fruit mango is nutritious and takes care of the sweet tooth too. This salad is low in sodium. It’s a good source of dietary fiber and Vitamin B6, and a very good source of Vitamin A, Vitamin C and Vitamin K.

Ingredients

  • 2 mango slices thinly sliced
  • ½ thinly sliced carrot
  • ¼ tsp Sesame Seeds
  • Basil leaves
  • 6 Cherry tomatoes
  • Chilli flakes and salt to taste
  • ½ tsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 2 walnuts

Methods

  • Toss the ingredients together and serve chilled.
