Dahi Detox Salad

Ingredients

  • Celery chopped- ½ cup
  • Iceberg- 1 cup
  • Hung Curd- 3 tbsp
  • Flax seeds- ½ tsp
  • Oregano to taste
  • Parsley few sprigs
  • Water- 1 cup

Method

  1. In a bowl toss all ingredients with hung curd, flax-seeds, white pepper and oregano.
  2. A few sprigs of parsley as garnish.
  3. Refrigerate for 30 minutes and serve.
