Desi Nutty Rocher


(Serving size: 9 nos)

  • 4 to 6 black dates
  • 5 pistachio
  • 7 almonds
  • 2 walnuts
  • Desi ghee- optional


  1. Soak nuts for at least 8 hrs.
  2. Peel the skin and chop it finely.
  3. Deseed the dates, chop it and knead together with nuts. You can use little desi ghee to avoid stickiness.
  4. Make it in round balls.
  5. Store in air tight container.

Note: You can use coating of roasted til/ dessicated coconut for additional taste and presentation & also their nutritional benefits.
