- 4 to 6 black dates
- 5 pistachio
- 7 almonds
- 2 walnuts
- Desi ghee- optional
- Soak nuts for at least 8 hrs.
- Peel the skin and chop it finely.
- Deseed the dates, chop it and knead together with nuts. You can use little desi ghee to avoid stickiness.
- Make it in round balls.
- Store in air tight container.
Note: You can use coating of roasted til/ dessicated coconut for additional taste and presentation & also their nutritional benefits.
