Navratri Special Avocado Milkshake

Avocados are packed with heart healthy compounds and nutrients. It also contains oleic acid, a fat that activates the part of your brain that makes you feel full. Thus making it a good option for vrats. The healthy fats in avocado help to keep the nervous system healthy and contribute to glowing skin hair and nails.

Ingredients:

  • ¼ avocado (peeled and pitted)
  • 1 glass skimmed milk
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)
  • 5-6 chironji seeds

Method:

  • Blend milk, avocado and honey together in a blender until smooth. Serve cold with ice cubes and chironji seeds.
