Navratri Special Probiotic Smoothie

This Navratri, enjoy a chilled Probiotic smoothie for breakfast that will keep you active and energetic. Probiotic smoothies during vrats can prevent exacerbating gastrointestinal issues. This drink enhance the good bacteria in the gut, improve health and reduce the risk of certain diseases.

Ingredients:

  • Curd-100g
  • Apple- 1 medium
  • Prunes- 2
  • Sabja seeds-1 tsp
  • Basil leaves- 3-4 nos.

Method:

  • Grind curd with apple, prunes, basil leaves and water in a high speed blender until smooth and creamy. Add sabja seeds to this drink and refrigerate it.
