- 1 cup pomegranate
- ½ cup strawberries, chopped into halves
- 1 cup loosely torn iceberg lettuce
- 3 tbsp hung curd
- ½ tsp roasted flaxseeds
- Oregano to taste
- White pepper to taste
- In a bowl, put iceberg lettuce, add pomegranate and strawberries.
- Toss with hung curd, flaxseeds, white pepper and oregano.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes and serve.
