Skin Glow Salad

As its name suggests, this exquisite snack is sure to add a wonderful glow to your skin. Packed with antioxidants, omega-3 fatty acid and alpha linolenic acid, this salad contains ingredients that help in memory function, urinary tract health and heart health. It also encourages cellular renewal in the body.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup pomegranate
  • ½ cup strawberries, chopped into halves
  • 1 cup loosely torn iceberg lettuce
  • 3 tbsp hung curd
  • ½ tsp roasted flaxseeds
  • Oregano to taste
  • White pepper to taste

Method:

  1. In a bowl, put iceberg lettuce, add pomegranate and strawberries.
  2. Toss with hung curd, flaxseeds, white pepper and oregano.
  3. Refrigerate for 30 minutes and serve.
