- 20 soya nuggets
- ½ sliced lemon
- 1 tsp oil
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Few chopped parsley sprigs
- Few chopped spring onions
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Soak soya nuggets in hot water for half an hour.
- Squeeze out water from nuggets nicely.
- Take oil, add soya nuggets and roast for 3-4 minutes, till they turn slightly brown.
- Add spring onion, garlic powder, parsley and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add black pepper and salt.
- Serve hot.
