Soya Nuggets with Lemon, Parsley and Chili

This is a tantalising dish that also has a high nutritional value. It is rich in minerals, vitamins and omega-3 fatty acids. The Soya Nuggets provide concentrated amounts of protein that have the ability to suppress appetite, making them an effective weight loss food.

Ingredients:

  • 20 soya nuggets
  • ½ sliced lemon
  • 1 tsp oil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Few chopped parsley sprigs
  • Few chopped spring onions
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Method:

  1. Soak soya nuggets in hot water for half an hour.
  2. Squeeze out water from nuggets nicely.
  3. Take oil, add soya nuggets and roast for 3-4 minutes, till they turn slightly brown.
  4. Add spring onion, garlic powder, parsley and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Add black pepper and salt.
  6. Serve hot.
