Tomato Basil Bruschetta


  • 2 wheat bread toasts
  • 1 finely chopped tomato
  • 2-3 chopped fresh basil
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp grated cheese
  • Pinch of oregano/ pepper


  1. Toast the bread and keep aside. Mix the chopped tomatoes with olive oil. Finely chopped basil and cheese, oregano and pepper
  2. Place on open toasts and serve bruschetta
