Ingredients:
- ¼ avocado chopped
- 4 tbsp soaked chia seeds
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1 tbsp crushed strawberries
- ½ tsp coffee powder
- Dark chocolate for garnishing
Method:
- In a mixer, add chopped avocado and grind into a paste
- In a glass, add soaked chia seeds, avocado mixture, milk, crushed strawberries, coffee powder and stir well
- Store in the refrigerator for about 2 hours
- Garnish with dark chocolate pieces and enjoy
