Antioxidant Protein Shake 

Ingredients:

  • ¼ avocado chopped
  • 4 tbsp soaked chia seeds
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 tbsp crushed strawberries
  • ½ tsp coffee powder
  • Dark chocolate for garnishing

Method:

  1. In a mixer, add chopped avocado and grind into a paste
  2. In a glass, add soaked chia seeds, avocado mixture, milk, crushed strawberries, coffee powder and stir well
  3. Store in the refrigerator for about 2 hours
  4. Garnish with dark chocolate pieces and enjoy
