• ¼ avocado chopped
  • ¼ onion chopped
  • ¼ tomato chopped
  • ½ tsp red chilli powder
  • Salt & pepper as per taste
  • ½ lemon juice

For topping:

  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Chilli flakes
  • Sunflower seeds
  • Basil leaves


  1. In a mixer, add chopped avocado and grind into a paste
  2. In a bowl, add avocado mixture, onion, tomato, pepper powder, chilli powder, salt, lime juice
  3. Mix all the ingredients well
  4. Garnish with olive oil, chilli flakes, sunflower seeds and basil leaves
