Ingredients:
- ¼ avocado chopped
- ¼ onion chopped
- ¼ tomato chopped
- ½ tsp red chilli powder
- Salt & pepper as per taste
- ½ lemon juice
For topping:
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Chilli flakes
- Sunflower seeds
- Basil leaves
Method:
- In a mixer, add chopped avocado and grind into a paste
- In a bowl, add avocado mixture, onion, tomato, pepper powder, chilli powder, salt, lime juice
- Mix all the ingredients well
- Garnish with olive oil, chilli flakes, sunflower seeds and basil leaves
