Strawberry Chia Jam


  • Fresh strawberries chopped – 400gms
  • Sugar- 2 tbsp, can increase or decrease as per taste
  • Lime juice- 1 lime
  • Chia seeds- 2 tbsp


  1. In a saucepan add the chopped strawberries and cook strawberries for 10 mins on medium heat.
  2. Add sugar & cook again for 3-4 mins
  3. Add lime juice and continue to cook for another 4-5 mins.
  4. Turn off the heat.
  5. Add chia seeds to the jam and mix well.
  6. Once the jam cools down, store in an air tight container in the refrigerator.
