Ingredients:
- Milk-150 ml
- Popped amaranth-2 tbsp
- Almonds- 5 to 6 nos.
- Rasins-5 to 6/ dates-2 nos
- Cinnamon/ elaichi-2 pinch
- Desi ghee-½ tsp
- Dark chocolate grated-1 sq
Method:
Roast the amaranth in a pan. Then add little hot water, allow to cook for 2 mins. Then add chopped almonds, raisins/ dates. Now add cup of milk and add a pinch of cinnamon or elaichi. Cook for 2 to 3 mins on a low flame. Add grated chocolate.
Note: This can be served hot or chilled.
