Ingredients:
- 150 grams mushrooms thickly sliced
- 1 small red bell pepper sliced
- 1 large yellow pepper sliced
- Small onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Whole wheat wrap
Method:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. IN a large bowl, toss mushroom, peppers. Spread on baking sheet and place in oven. Bake for approx. 20mins or until veggies are softening and starting to brown.
- Place roasted vegetables in center of wrap tuck both sides and roll wrap like a big cigar. Cut it.
