Ingredients:
- 1 no chapati
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 6 no.s curry leaves
- 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- 1 onion
- 1 tomato
- ¼ tsp dhania powder
- ¼ tsp garam masala powder
- ¼ tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tbsp minced ginger garlic
- 1 tsp jeera
- 1 finely chopped green chili
- Salt
Method:
- Crush chapati into crumbs. Oil in non-stick pan, add jeera till colour changes.
- Add the minced ginger and garlic and sauté for a few seconds.
- Add curry leaves and green chili.
- Add chopped onion with salt .
- Add haldi and garam masala.
- Add chopped tomatoes with salt. Cook till done.
- Add the crumb mixture and mix well to get flavour.
- Add chopped coriander and mix. Serve
