Ingredients:
- Dragon fruit
- Apple
- Fresh dates
- Guava
- Plums/cherry/peaches
- Paneer/tofu/chicken
- Tahini (sesame seeds, olive oil, salt and lime)
- Balsamic vinegar
- Chilli flakes
- Pumpkin seeds/flax seeds
- Walnuts
Method:
- In a bowl, add all the chopped fruits along with paneer/tofu. Pour tahini dressing and balsamic vinegar over the salad. Add chilli flakes, walnuts and pumpkin seeds. Toss all the ingredients well. Serve the salad in dragon cups and enjoy.
