Dragon Salad Cups


  • Dragon fruit
  • Apple
  • Fresh dates
  • Guava
  • Plums/cherry/peaches
  • Paneer/tofu/chicken
  • Tahini (sesame seeds, olive oil, salt and lime)
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Chilli flakes
  • Pumpkin seeds/flax seeds
  • Walnuts


  • In a bowl, add all the chopped fruits along with paneer/tofu. Pour tahini dressing and balsamic vinegar over the salad. Add chilli flakes, walnuts and pumpkin seeds. Toss all the ingredients well. Serve the salad in dragon cups and enjoy.
