Chia Oats Mango Parfait

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp oats
  • 100 ml milk or homemade curd
  • 1 medium mango (puree)
  • Chia seeds (1-2 tsp) soaked
  • Nuts (chopped)
  • Few pieces of mango chopped to garnish

Method:

  1. Soak oats in milk or curd overnight.
  2. Take a glass, add a layer oats, mango and soaked chia seeds. If required repeat the layers.
  3. Add nuts and chopped mango on top.
