- 2 tbsp oats
- 100 ml milk or homemade curd
- 1 medium mango (puree)
- Chia seeds (1-2 tsp) soaked
- Nuts (chopped)
- Few pieces of mango chopped to garnish
- Soak oats in milk or curd overnight.
- Take a glass, add a layer oats, mango and soaked chia seeds. If required repeat the layers.
- Add nuts and chopped mango on top.
