Ingredients:
- 1/2 avocado
- 4-5 fresh basil leaves
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- 10 ml extra virgin olive oil
- Salt & pepper as per taste
- Bread slices
- 1 cup chopped tomato
- 4-5 olives
Method:
- In a mixer, add chopped avocado, basil leaves, chopped garlic and olive oil. Churn it.
- Add some pepper and salt to the mixture and mix well.
- Slice the bread and brush some olive oil. Grill / toast the bread.
- Spread the avocado dip on the bread evenly.
- Top the bread with chopped tomatoes and olives. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
