Ingredients:
- 1 no. apple (peeled)
- 1 no. sweet lime (peeled)
- 1 no. pomegranate (peeled)
- ¼ cup water
- 3 mint leaves for flavour
- 1 pinch of cinnamon powder
- ½ tsp-soaked chia seeds
Method:
- Add the fruits, mint leaves and ¼ cup water to the mixer and blend all the ingredients together. Add ½ tsp-soaked chia seeds and consume.
- Can be served chilled or room temperature.
