Ingredients:
- Red carrot: 1 carrot
- Milk: 1 cup
- Sugar: 1 tsp
- Elaichi powder: 1 pinch
- Ghee: ½ tsp for roasting carrots
Method:
- Wash and grate the carrot
- In a pan take ½ tsp of ghee, add grated carrot and saute well
- Add milk, sugar and stir well (Do not make the kheer very thick)
- Add elaichi powder and serve hot
