Carrot Kheer

Ingredients:

  • Red carrot: 1 carrot 
  • Milk: 1 cup 
  • Sugar: 1 tsp
  • Elaichi powder: 1 pinch
  • Ghee: ½ tsp for roasting carrots

Method:

  • Wash and grate the carrot
  • In a pan take ½ tsp of ghee, add grated carrot and saute well
  • Add milk, sugar and stir well (Do not make the kheer very thick)
  • Add elaichi powder and serve hot
