Ingredients:
- 2 medium potatoes boiled- mashed
- 1 onion chopped fine
- 1 tsp chopped green chili (optional)
- 1 tsp fine chopped garlic
- ½ tsp sesame oil
- ½ tsp lemon juice
- Jeera, dhania powder (optional)
Method:
- Heat oil lightly, saute the green chilies with garlic, add spices and cook for 1 minute. Switch off the gas. Once cooled, mix together with the boiled potatoes that have been mashed. Form Cutlets and shallow fry.
