Aloo Ka Chokha


  • 2 medium potatoes boiled- mashed
  • 1 onion chopped fine
  • 1 tsp chopped green chili (optional)
  • 1 tsp fine chopped garlic
  • ½ tsp sesame oil
  • ½ tsp lemon juice
  • Jeera, dhania powder (optional)


  • Heat oil lightly, saute the green chilies with garlic, add spices and cook for 1 minute. Switch off the gas. Once cooled, mix together with the boiled potatoes that have been mashed. Form Cutlets and shallow fry.
