Ingredients:
- ½ no avocado
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 no egg
- 2 tbsp. chopped fresh herbs (coriander/ dill/ parsley etc.)
Method
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Place avocado on baking tray, break one egg into it- top with chopped fresh herbs, chili powder, salt, pepper and oregano- bake at 150 for 15 minutes until set.
