Ingredients:
- 1 medium – potato
- 2 slices – chopped beetroot
- 2 inch – lauki
- 2 pinch – jeera
- ¼ inch – ginger
- 1 tsp – soaked moong dal
- 1 pinch – pepper powder
- 2 pinch – haldi
- 1 tsp – coriander leaves
- 3 to 4 – mint leaves (pudina)
- ½ tsp – desi ghee
- Salt for taste
Method:
- Clean, wash the veggies and chop it. Add the vegetables & moong dal in the pressure cooker and cook it 3 whistles and grind it in mixer and strain through soup sieve.
- Take a clean and dry pan add ghee and let it melt add 2 pinch of jeera, ginger – saute it well.
- Add puree in pan. Add turmeric, black pepper powder, mint leaves and salt as per taste and let it boil.
- Add coriander leaves to garnish soup.
- Serve hot in soup bowl.
