Feta Cheese Avocado Toast


  • ½ Avocado
  • Dash of lemon
  • Salt as required
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Pinch of crushed red chili flakes
  • 2 slices wheat bread, toasted
  • ¼ cup crumbled feta
  • 3-4 cherry tomatoes
  • 2 inch cucumber, chopped
  • ½ tsp chopped kalamata olives
  • oregano
  • dill


  • Remove avocado halves from skin and place in a medium bowl.
  • Immediately squeeze some lemon juice over the avocado. Season avocado with salt and pepper and mash with a fork.
  • For seasoning add chili flakes, add more lemon juice if desired.
  • Spread mashed avocado onto toast then top with feta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, kalamata olives, and dill. Drizzle with olive oil and serve.
