Namkeen Overnight Oats


  • 1 cup curd
  • 2 tbsp oats
  • Few curry leaves
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 2 cashews
  • Ghee


  • To 1 cup of curd, add 2 tbsp of oats, mix, and soak overnight in the fridge. Next morning, mix a little water if needed. 
  • Top up with tadka of mustard seeds, curry leaves, and cashews in ghee and mix it.
