Ingredients:
- ½ katori raw papaya
- ½ tsp haldi
- 1 tsp chopped coriander
- 1 tsp chopped mint leaves
- Chopped green chilies to taste
- Garam masala to taste
- 1 tsp ginger and garlic paste
- Bread or besan to bind
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Grate papaya, slightly steam it and remove excess water, mix all the spices with bread crumb or besan and make it into round cutlets.
- Shallow fry in non-stick pan or air fryer.
