Grilled Paneer


  • 80gms paneer
  • 1 green and yellow bell pepper
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 tomato (pulp removed and chopped)
  • Coriander leaves
  • Salt as per taste

For marinade:

  • ½tsp anardana
  • ½ cup hung curd
  • 1 tsp lemon juice (optional)
  • ¼tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • garlic and ginger paste


  • Marinate the 80gms paneer, bell peppers, onions, tomatoes  with hung curd, besan qnd other spices (garlic, ginger, chilli powder, black pepper and salt) and marinate it  for 2-3 hours.
  • Take a skewer and pierce all marinated vegetables and paneer alternatively.
  • Place the skewer on grill tray and grilled it.
  • Serve hot.
