Ingredients:
- 80gms paneer
- 1 green and yellow bell pepper
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 tomato (pulp removed and chopped)
- Coriander leaves
- Salt as per taste
For marinade:
- ½tsp anardana
- ½ cup hung curd
- 1 tsp lemon juice (optional)
- ¼tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- garlic and ginger paste
Method:
- Marinate the 80gms paneer, bell peppers, onions, tomatoes with hung curd, besan qnd other spices (garlic, ginger, chilli powder, black pepper and salt) and marinate it for 2-3 hours.
- Take a skewer and pierce all marinated vegetables and paneer alternatively.
- Place the skewer on grill tray and grilled it.
- Serve hot.
