Ingredients:
- 1 cup yellow moong dal
- Wheat bread
- ½ tsp jeera
- ½ tsp green chilies
- ¼ tsp ginger
- 2 tsp coriander
- ½ tsp red chili powder
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Soak the dal in water for 4-5 hours.
- Strain the water and grind the dal in a mixer. Add little water to get the consistency of a batter.
- Add jeera, green chilies, ginger, coriander, red chili powder and salt.
- Batter is ready now.
- Heat the dosa pan.
- Dip the slices of bread in the batter and toast until it turns to golden brown color.
- Serve hot with green mint chutney.
