INGREDIENTS:
- Pineapple -1 (cut in cubes / slices)
- Sugar – 2 tbsp, can increase or decrease per taste
METHOD:
- Add freshly cut pineapple slices to a blender.
- Blend until you get a smooth paste.
- Pour the mixture into a pan and simmer for 10 minutes over medium heat. Once it reaches the desired consistency, add sugar and mix well.
- Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
- Once cooled, transfer the jam to a jar and enjoy.
