Pineapple Jam Recipe

  1. Pineapple -1 (cut in cubes / slices)
  2. Sugar – 2 tbsp, can increase or decrease per taste


  1. Add freshly cut pineapple slices to a blender.
  2. Blend until you get a smooth paste.
  3. Pour the mixture into a pan and simmer for 10 minutes over medium heat. Once it reaches the desired consistency, add sugar and mix well.
  4. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
  5. Once cooled, transfer the jam to a jar and enjoy.
