300 gram Green Chilies
¼ cup Fennel Seeds
¼ cup Fenugreek Seeds
¼ cup Mustard Seeds
1 cup Mustard Oil
1 tbsp Turmeric
1 tsp Nigella Seeds
½ tsp Asafetida
2 tbsp Salt
1/2 cup Vinegar


-Dry roast the fennel seeds, mustard seeds, and fenugreek seeds until fragrant, then grind to a smooth powder.
-Pick, wash, and thoroughly dry the green chilies. Remove stems and slit them in half.
-Combine all powdered spices, roasted spices, salt, vinegar, and mix well with the green chilies.
