Protein Pancake

Ingredients:

  • 3-4 egg whites
  • 2-3 tbsp oats ground to powder
  • 4-5 ground / chopped almonds
  • Pinch of nutmeg & cinnamon
  • Salt
  • 2 tbsp milk

Method:

Mix all ingredients together and keep it aside for 5 min. Pour on hot pan to make pancakes.
