kachi Haldi Achar(pickle)


  • 1 cup thinly sliced fresh kachi haldi
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced ginger
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 1 tsp salt (adjust to taste)


  1. Wash and peel fresh kachi haldi and ginger. Slice them finely.
  2. In a jar or container, add the lemon juice, salt, sliced kachi haldi, and ginger.
  3. Mix everything well to ensure the ingredients are evenly coated.
  4. Let the pickle marinate for at least a few hours or overnight to allow the flavors to meld.
  5. Enjoy this mouth-watering kachi haldi pickle with chapati or your preferred accompaniment.
