Chocolate Spread


  • 1 cup almonds – roasted
  • ¼th cup – cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp honey / maple syrup


  • Roast the almonds in a pan for about 3-5 minutes, or until they are fragrant and lightly browned.
  • Blend until the almonds break down and form a creamy a buttery consistency.
  • Add the cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup to the formed paste.
  • Blend the mixture until all the ingredients are well combined and the spread becomes smooth and creamy.
  • Transfer the almond butter chocolate spread to a clean, airtight container. Store it in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.

Enjoy your homemade chocolate spread on toast, fruit, or as a filling for pastries and desserts!
