Ingredients:
- Ragi flour -2tbs
- Curd – 1tbs
- Jeera-½tsp
- Onion-1 chopped
- Pepper powder – a pinch
- Ginger-finely chopped
- Salt- to taste
- Water- as required
Method:
- In a bowl add all ingredients except oil.
- Make dosa batter by adding water and curd.
- Heat tawa, apply oil and batter and spread it.
- Cook from both the sides.
- Serve with green chutney
