Ragi Cheela


  • Ragi flour -2tbs
  • Curd – 1tbs
  • Jeera-½tsp
  • Onion-1 chopped
  • Pepper powder – a pinch
  • Ginger-finely chopped
  • Salt- to taste
  • Water- as required


  • In a bowl add all ingredients except oil.
  • Make dosa batter by adding water and curd.
  • Heat tawa, apply oil and batter and spread it.
  • Cook from both the sides.
  • Serve with green chutney
